620: Comments in Web UI scroll horizontally rather than wrap and scroll vertically.

When looking at a bug in the webui (for example bug 487). Comment is a single line that does not word wrap, rather it scrolls horizontally. It would be more user friendly if the text wrapped and scrolled vertically
